Liam is now 10 months old (or 10 1/2 really), his schedule and routine is a bit more laid back. We have established healthy eating and sleeping habits, now we just make sure to stay consistent and have fun! Side note: Sometimes I wish Liam would fall asleep on me so I can rock him, but he will not go to sleep unless he is in his bed. It’s almost as if I have trained him too well.? You can never win, huh?
Instead of doing a print out like I did the last two posts (check those out here and here), I’m just going to list a breakdown below. This is the same 10-month-old schedule that I had Jadyn and Colin on as well.
Liam is still on a 4-hour feeding routine. Liam will be off formula and on milk in a few months. The most significant focus for me right now is getting having him sit with us for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and prepping him to have those meals with us (of course with snacks in between).
Something that is also KEY is to make sure you introduce new foods to your baby NOW. Of course, do follow your doctor’s orders on when it’s okay to give your baby what kind of food. But make sure you introduce him/her to all the fruits and veggies! Don’t give them room to be a picky eater.
A typical day for Liam looks like this:
8:00 AM Wake up.
8:15 AM Bottle with breakfast.
8:45 AM- 10:00 AM Activity.
10:00 AM Morning nap.
12:00 PM Wake up.
12:15 PM Lunchtime! Lunch and a bottle.
12:45 PM – 2:30 PM Activity. I will try to hold him off a little longer here.
2:30 PM Afternoon nap.
4:30 PM Wake Up.
4:45 PM Bottle.
4:45-6:30 PM Activity.
6:30 PM Dinner with the family.
7:30 PM Bedtime routine (bath, reading, etc).
8:00 PM Final bottle and down for the night.
The hour may vary day to day, but the Eat, Activity, Sleep concept still goes into play here. The reason why I hold him off during his second playtime is that he only takes two big naps during the day now.
As far as what should you do for activities with your child? Well, that is up to you! Sometimes we are out running errands, but on the days we are at home, I am playing chase with the older boys, teaching Liam how to walk. To go from standing to sitting, playing floor games (like blocks, shapes, and colors).
Also, for our feeding favorites and what I use and love, check this post here.

Can you post Liam’s schedule for 6-9 months?
Hey Anny, have you seen my two other posts on the sleep routine?
Thanks for sharing! I have a baby, too, and it’s always interesting to learn other mommies’ daily routine! Ours is pretty much the same, I’d say.
