I recently went to Chicago and New York, and it just made me wish we had all four seasons more in Texas. It goes from hot to hotter, then cold- and sometimes all in one day?! I already knew I loved the fall weather, but I really loved being able to layer while traveling and not sweat in ALL the places. I know I sound like a broken record, but IYKYK. Since it is officially Fall, I wanted to round up 7 fall casual outfits, all perfect for on-the-go, from day to night, and everything in between!

Joggers for the win! I wore this look in NYC and LOVED it. It’s cool, effortless and comfortable. If you want to “dress” it up you can swap out the dunks for heels like I did in this video. I really love the idea of adding an expected shoe with such a casual look.

Okay, this one may be a BIT dressier than casual for most, but if you want, you can easily swap out the boots for different shoes. But I LOVE this look. It may be my favorite from the recent trip. Cozy sweater, denim skirt, and boots- the perfect fall combination.

I recently got these spank split leggings, and I did not think I would love them this much. Mine is the petite size, so it does hit above the ankle. I wanted a cropped look for these, and it’s perfect! These are really comfortable!

Perfect for traveling or a laid-back weekend look. Leggings, an oversized button-up, and then add a light trench coat to complete your look! Ballet flats are very trendy at the moment, so you can wear flats or even some dunks if you’re a sneaker girl!

I really don’t think matching sets get the credit they deserve. It will never fail! This is a GANNI set; it’s a bit more fun and easy to dress up or down. But because of the knit material, it makes it comfortable and casual!

It’s a simple yet cute look. Western boots, with a pair of skinny jeans (long live the skinny jeans)! with a fun jacket.

I wanted to include this casual fall outfit because if it still gets to the low 80s for you as it does for us-that means it gets warm during the day. Which means you still need light layers. It’s hard dressing for fall when it’s still warm- but a great way to do that is by incorporating fall colors into your outfit to make it feel like it’s fall. P.S.
