Over the summer, I didn’t get much time to sit and play with makeup with the kids at home. And if I’m being honest, it’s therapeutic for me. Learning something new, perfecting a technique. It’s a lot of fun! Now that the kids are gone to school, I have been able to play around again and try some new makeup looks. So, today I wanted to round up 7 of my favorite recent eyeshadow ideas for my brown-eyed girls!
I hope these makeup looks below inspire you to play around with makeup and some looks. I know the title of this post says eyeshadow ideas for brown eyes, but these makeup looks don’t have to be JUST for brown eyes. If you want to play around with different colors, then, by all means, HAVE FUN! I also added some product details below each look in case you want to do some beauty shopping 🙂
Without question, this was my most loved looked by y’all over on IG recently. This one did take me a bit longer to learn but the process is worth it for the outcome. Check out below for the tutorial
This look is pretty easy to do and achieve. A simple mauve/pink eyeshadow with a pretty shimmer over in the same color! To keep the look a bit more uniform I choose a lip color to match the eye look!
I created this look with my Crease Piece and I freaking LOVE how this one came out!
You’ll notice a theme here, lots of purple and green! I personally love using those colors to help with my brown eyes. For this eye look, the green shimmer in the middle really brings out the brown. I used the Moira Time to Shine Palette for this look
A softer look for sure, this look can be done with your favorite eyeshadow color! Find the tutorial for this look below;
This one was really fun to create and actually came from a trend. With small tweaks, I was able to make this look more of an everyday look that anyone can do. Again, you can choose whatever color liner you like!
