Mother's Day with Simon G.

But as always, everything is 100% my own thoughts and opinions.[/su_note]Cats out of the bag and I am finally able to share a behind the scenes of this fun collaboration with Simon G., Houston Magazine, and Modern Luxury.Let me first start off by saying that this post is in no way a boastful post, and a "hey look at me." I always pinch myself and thank God for the opportunities and the brands that I get to work with. This collaboration is truly a one of a kind for me, and I am so incredibly thankful and honored that they wanted to work with me.

Simon G. has asked me to be apart of their Mother's Day campaign and asked me a pretty deep question. They asked me to fill in the blank ... "I am committed to ___."

Now, it may not seem like such a profound question, but when I think about motherhood, my family, and everything else In between I couldn't help to go back to the basics.

My answer is I am committed to loving unconditionally. Love covers all sins; it builds bridges, it's absolute, it's forgiving, it's patient, it doesn't boast. I think about my role as a mother, and what I want them to "inherit" from me so to speak. It's not to love, but to love unconditionally. Not only to love their families or spouses but everyone they meet. I want love to be at the core of everything they do.Afterall, all we need is love.
