Menswear Inspired Plaid Shift Dress
[su_note note_color="#ffffff" text_color="#000000" radius="0"]

Before jumping on the train and buying your regular ankle boots, I wanted something a bit different. That's when I found these on Amazon and thought to myself; they would be perfect! Especially for the Houston weather since it doesn't really get cold until... November.[one_half padding="20px 10px 20px 10px"]

[/one_half_last]My first outfit was with a denim skirt and for date night. This look is a bit more dressy, and can easily be worn for work. You may have to add a jacket (or blazer) with this plaid shift dress since it's sleeveless, although I would hope no work atmosphere is that strict anymore. It is the 21st century, duh!
I adore the menswear-inspired details on this plaid shift dress. The collar and bow on it add such a fun twist to what would be a simple shift dress. Shift dresses are also great to have, they fit most body shapes and can really be a timeless piece unlike off the shoulder or crop tops.I still have one black shift dress going on for almost three years. Still love it too! What are your thoughts on this menswear-inspired dress paired with white boots? Love it, or leave it?! Comment below!
