Dressing Down Your Blazer

MAN, guys, you know I’m going to talk about last night’s game right off the bat. WHAT. A. GAME. The last 9 minutes of the game were so nerve-wracking. I gave up during the 4th quarter and went to take a shower, and then the Patriots all of a sudden came back, and well history was made. I was pacing the living room floor like some crazy lady. Jordan was laughing at me. Jokes on him because the Patriots won!!

I just had to get that out there. I know some of you may not even care about football. I didn’t either, once upon a time. My first football game was to Jordan’s college football game, and I didn’t even know what a touchdown was.

Okay, now I am done talking about football. Let’s move on to my outfit; I love this look. It’s chic and polished while still very street style. I love how the polished details with the slouchy t-shirt and ripped denim pull the whole look together.

Let’s break down the look together:
I kept my accessories simple, and minimal. I layered my necklaces, but kept them dainty and nothing over the top. I went with pointy pumps because pointy shoes will always look a bit more sophisticated and also ladylike. Finally, to keep the look casual I paired it with a slouchy tee and distressed denim.
