I finally get to share our dining room with you! We have just a few more things we need to complete. If you have been following along on social media you might have already seen a sneak peek. We decided not to go ahead with the blinds because honestly, we are already spending enough as it is, and we are just going to hold off for a bit. But I am so excited to share this new space and our fall tablescape decor with you!
As soon as the painting was done in this room I was eager to decorate it with all the Fall/Thanksgiving decor from Mud Pie. I am obsessed with how everything looks. I had to hold myself from not going too crazy with the decor and the fall tablescape because Jordan is very less is more kind of guy and hates too many things on the table. But I am happy to say he also loves the layout.
We are hosting Thanksgiving this year at our house again, and I can’t wait to set up the plates and cups and of course the food! Thanksgiving is always huge for us; family is the number one thing and what we value the most here at the Brown’s.
Friends come and go, but family will always be family. My heart is always so full to see the boys playing together and having each other back. Having two kids under a year apart is crazy. But, to see them develop such a strong bond is something I will always be thankful for.
What is your favorite thing about family, do you have any fall traditions? Share them below, would love to hear them!
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great Monday!
Thank you to Mud Pie for sponsoring this post. As always thoughts and opinions are 100% my own. Thank you for supporting those who support Uptown with Elly Brown.

Gorgeous, love the decor & the way your dining room turned out !
Thank you so much Sylvia!
We are starting our own Christmas tradition, where we will celebrate with our furry family on Christmas morning and then later visit more family. It’s important for us to look back on our own memories, as well.
Your table is lovely! I love the simplicity of it as welL!
Thank you Erica!
