Faux Leather Pants X Floral Top

Happy Thursday!

What a crazy week it has been here. Although, I feel like I say that all the time. I mean life with kids is always crazy, right?

I can not wait to be done with all this house stuff, I am at my wit’s end. I’m ashamed to say this, but I have snapped at everyone in my house at one point this week. Thankfully this week is the last week for the big renovations. Our deck is complete; we just now need to paint it and get some furniture.

I gotta say I think it’s the little stuff that annoys me more than the big stuff. Decorating and finding things is a pain in the rear. You buy, return, buy something new return that, and MAYBE, just maybe you’ll get it right the 4th time. Please tell me I am not the only one that goes through this??! Does Anyone have a solution for this? If so, please share because as you can see, I have lost it.

Moving on, I found these faux leather pants in CT at Zara, and I am so so happy I bought them (it’s also under $50!!) I love the motto details as well. We are supposed to get a real cold front in Houston this weekend, and I will be wearing these with my cozy knit sweater!

I love mixing things up, so to soften my look I went with this floral top and matched my accessories with the colors of the top. Also, if you have not gotten yourself a pair of suede heels, now is the time! It’s a good investment. I’m not a fan of patent heels, so suede is a great option (even in the summer) and is a bit more chic if you ask me.
