Raise your hand if you’re a mom and you love a good momiform?! Now, raise your hand if you are not a mom and you still love a leggings outfit?! If your hand isn’t up by now then… who are you?!
All jokes aside, I love my denim, but I also love my leggings. Leggings have come such a long way too; they are so much cooler and pretty now! Leggings used to be so stale looking back in the day, BUT you still have to be careful! A momiform can be done right, and it can also be done wrong making you look slouchy and frumpy.
That’s why I am here today. I wanted to share a few tips on how to make your everyday mommy OOTD chic and cool while running errands or running after the kiddos.
1. Skip the black leggings. Yes, black leggings are great, but try to change it up and add color to your outfit. I love the pop of blue and grey in the Hurley leggings I am wearing!
2. Add layers to cover up the rear. Leggings look 10x better when the tush is covered, I know it sounds silly but trust me on this. Add a jacket to your crop top, or tie a jacket around your waist.

P.S.S If you want, you can also add an oversized denim jacket to your leggings outfit. It brings in the look together flawlessly.
3. Have fun with your accessories. I am a personal fan of belt bags (it’s easy with kids), but if you don’t like a belt bag, you can always opt for fun kicks. And by fun kicks I mean to skip your actual gym shoes and choose lifestyle shoes. I love anything edgy and when I saw these leather converse (with studs and on sale!), I knew I had to get them. They also come in all white, which I am dying to get.
