I am SO excited to start the #stylehasnosize series with you guys. I am teaming up with my friend Katie from KatieCrenshaw.com in this series to share with you how we wear one specific item (or maybe even a trend) in different ways. Most importantly, our heart is to show how your size does not matter when it comes to style! To kick off this series, we wanted to style this striped smock dress from ASOS.
Here are a few details about Katie and me to help with sizing and the fit.
Katie is 5’8 and a size 16, and I am 5’3 ish and a size 0. This dress fits us both PERFECTLY!! It’s an adorable dress for spring, and also the button detail on this dress also plays into the button trend you may have been seeing in dresses.
This dress is a mini dress, so I would probably avoid high heels with this dress, and instead wear them with platform shoes like Katie did if you want some height. If you’re going to layer, a denim jacket is always a good idea, or even a white button up top worn underneath would look great.
I wanted to add a bit of pattern play to this look, so I went with my leopard loafers for this look. I bought these loafers a couple of weeks ago, and have worn them pretty much every day. I’m currently wearing them with my biker shorts as I type this today.

Thank so much for stopping by, have a great day!
