Our NEW shared office space is FINALLY done. Which means baby girl is THAT much closer to making her arrival. I’m starting to slightly freak out that we are having our fourth baby in 2 months. Anywho, I am so excited to share our new shared office decor. Keep scrolling for more!
This space used to be our dining room (see the post here), which got used I think three times a year. Since we are not moving homes just yet, JB and I needed an office space, so we decided that this room would now have to be the new shared office space. Audrey is taking over what used to be our old office (which was technically just the 4th bedroom).
Now, it is very feminine in here, but JB doesn’t have much of a say (sorry honey?) since I’m the one who gets most of the work done here. JB does need his screens for when he works from home or works at night. He’s a trooper for letting me keep things so girly in here, ha!
In all seriousness, this is where the magic happens for Uptown. This room needs to inspire me, I have to enjoy sitting in here. I was a bit worried about how small this space is, along with having to fit two desks, two chairs, and everything else.
But, I love how it came out! It does feel a bit tight, and JB’s big ol screens is an eyesore (sorry again honey?), but I do love how the shared office decor came out.
I love the gold accent details in the CosmoLiving furniture (which by the way is on MEGA SALE). I also love the CosmoLiving Camila bookcase too and how the decor came out.
JB and I used to share one office desk (wouldn’t suggest doing that), and now we have two.. which is amazing!! I ordered the same Merrick desk and Sully chairs for a uniform look since the space is so small. The spacious drawer in the Merrick desk is great for small spaces to help with storage too. And finally, the sully chairs are such a fun statement piece and SO comfy, it may be my favorite piece of furniture in here!
