Well hello there Friday!
It is officially September, and football season is here! I am SO excited. I love football and am ready for Sunday football. We got UH season tickets this year (now that the boys are old enough) and we will be going to the first game of the season tomorrow! EEEEEK. I can’t tell you how excited I am, although you probably already got that by now.
To kick off my fall looks I am teaming up with Aerosoles today to talk to you about my favorite sneakers…slip on sneakers that is. They are sleek, simple, and casual chic. So why do you need them? Well not only are they incredibly comfy, they are a great transitional item that can be worn in numerous ways with tons of different styles to choose from like quilted, leopard, and metallic. And, better yet Aerosoles has made it easier to shop with their new online catalog by providing a multimedia shopping experience (also, YAY for saving tree’s). Aerosoles is also partnering with Soles4Souls with every purchase from their online catalog we will donate a pair of shoes to Soles4Souls. Now that is a reason to go shopping if you ask me.
You have probably seen me wear my city slip on sneakers quite often recently, and to add-on to my collection I got these gorgeous calf hair slip ons. This wine color is screaming Fall, I just need cooler weather now.
Now that I have convinced you to buy a pair of slip on sneakers, how do we wear it? Well I am glad you asked! Hehe!
- Because of the sleek look the slip ons have they look great with skinny jeans. Add your slip on sneakers to your t-shirt & jeans look and add a long jacket for extra layers as the temperature drops.
- Pair it with a girly dress! Florals (dark florals that is) are huge this Fall season, the contrast between the menswear shoe with the girly floral details is so chic! Add a leather jacket for a street vibe.
- If you’re a fan of the slouchy look add your slip ons with boyfriend jeans and a chunky sweater and you have got yourself a cozy casual weekend look!
Have a great weekend, have fun shopping and Go COOGS!
