Spring Clothing with Carter’s

I hope you had a great weekend! The weather this weekend here in Houston was fantastic! Spring has sprung, and I am SO SO excited.

We finally found patio furniture for our deck, and that should be arriving in a few weeks and let me tell ya, the idea of just sitting back there during the cool mornings with my cup of coffee. AHH!

Spring is my favorite season. You have the cool, crisp mornings followed by the warm afternoons. Spring is also the best time for all the family activities, especially if you’re in Houston. The weather isn’t crazy hot, but warm enough to enjoy the park, zoo, and even a little bit of outdoor shopping!

The other reason why I love Spring is the clothing. There is something about all the fresh, fun and bright colors for Spring. I love shopping for the boys just as much as I enjoy shopping for myself.

My favorite store to shop for Jadyn and Colin is Carter’s. I know that whenever I am on the hunt for the perfect Spring outfit and even Easter outfit, Carter’s will have it. They have the cutest baby clothes (which I have already stocked up on for baby boy #3). And, they have the trendiest toddler clothes. The boys have just as much fun shopping there as I do (apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, does it?!).

I picked up the boys clothes from Carter’s and what I like most is that I know these clothes can easily be transitioned into Summer, which means more bang for my buck! You can also always count on Carter’s to have a great sale. Between the doorbusters, sales, and coupons, you’ll be able to get everything AND more for your little ones.

I kept their Easter outfit casual. I wanted to make it both perfect for Sunday best, but still okay to run around and go egg hunting after church. So the key piece here in their look to make it work is their chambray button up. The boys don’t like to feel too constrained so I kept their button up undone. This is another reason why I love Carter’s, so many of their pieces can be dressed or down and are great transitional pieces!
