Happy Hump Day! I can’t believe its Wednesday already!
This past weekend I was able to attend the Blog Elevated conference in Dallas. Saturday night Kroger sponsored the Beauty, Bubbles, and Bites event for us to get our hair and nails done (we were all on cloud 9!) We all had so much fun and it was nice to get together with other bloggers and simply have a good time. I honestly don’t think I have ever laughed so much in one night! I also roomed with some of Houston finest, which made it even sweeter!
When I found out we were going to have a Girls night, I knew I had to wear this dress! I love this checkered dress, and because the dress is black and white I wanted to wear a pair of heels that would stand out. I also wanted to invest in a pair of colored heels that I would wear during both fall and winter. It was love at first sight with these ruby wine crocodile lace-ups.
Now on to the accessories, I wanted to wear elegant pieces that would stand out but still complement my look, and these ruby pieces did just that! I was blown away by all the gorgeous pieces Fred Meyers Jewelers had! The selection was beautiful and all so sparkly (every girls love language)! The boys had tagged along with me to go pick up my jewelry, and thankfully they were greeted with two big ring pops to keep them still and quiet (every kids love language).
