We are doing a throwback today, and I am reposting this makeup look from the archives! I still to this day LOVE this two-toned eyeshadow and think it’s GORGEOUS for fall. This is probably one of the easiest ways to add color and play with eyeshadows without using too many colors.
The secret- or it’s not really a secret- is to blend and diffuse the top lid color. Say it with me- BLEND, BLEND, AND BLEND SOME MORE!
Just like anything, practice makes perfect. The more you play with makeup, the easier it will become. Unless you have some sort of sorcery, you won’t nail a winged liner the first time. So practice and watch videos! I love watching other Youtubers and paying close attention to how they blend, mix colors, etc. I can’t tell you how many things I have learned from them!

Here are a few tips on this two-toned eyeshadow look;
- You can really achieve this look why any color shadows! So have fun with the colors and try something new!
- You can use both shimmer shadows or two matte shades.
- Try a bold lip or go nude, both work great! A nude lip will keep the focus on just the eyes, but a bold lip makes the whole look a statement. #issamood ?
