Who’s ready for summer vacations?! I know I am, we just booked our annual family summer vacation to FL next month. Give me sun and sand in between my toes!! I thought sharing a round-up of vacation outfit ideas would be fun since I know many of us are traveling and going on vacations this summer.
When I think about vacation outfits, I think it needs to be easy to pack, breezy and light fabrics, with minimal effort, yet still chic. So that is what you’ll notice with each look down below. I also like to wear dresses when it comes to vacation, if you’re also the same and looking specifically for dresses, visit this post where you see nothing BUT dresses for every occasion this season!

look 2- dress / sandals
Colorful prints? Yes, please! You can do a vacation without color and prints, or at least I know I can’t. These two dresses may be my favorite of all these vacation outfits. You can dress them up with heels for a fancy dinner night or keep them casual as you sightsee during the day. Also, despite the cutout on the second dress, the way the bow is tied in the front it keeps things secure, so you don’t have to worry about flashing anyone on accident.

look 2- dress / sandals / hat
Two completely different dresses, one nice and flowy and comes in different colors, the other a bit more body framing. Both cute and perfect for any vacation trip you have coming. I personally love the orange one, the bright color, and the crochet material- it screams summer!

look 2- top / skirt / sandals
Two-piece sets for the win! What I love about two pieces sets is you can wear them together, or you can also wear them separately to create different looks. And remember, when planning and packing your vacation outfits, you want to keep things easy, or at least I know I do! I love both these sets; the pink set is from Walmart and comes in different colors. I got the skirt taken in for a better fit around my hips and legs. And the black set is a linen set from WHBM. I also love linen in the summer!
outfit details:
look 1- romper / sandals
look 2- top / shorts / sandals / necklace
If you’re not a dress kind of girl, then a romper is also a great idea! Bathroom situations can be a bit tricky, but it’s still a cute option! If you can’t do rompers, then a cute top with shorts is also a great option! You can also pack one pair of shorts for every 2 or 3 tops, so it’s also space-saving and easy!

Can you tell I love dresses ??! I also wanted to include an outfit that is a bit more dressed up, perfect for a date night while on vacation. This slip dress is STUNNING, and the champagne color is perfect for a summer look (even if it’s not for a vacation). It does show a bit of cleavage, but not anything crazy, at least not in my book and for date nights. Heels are optional, but because of the sheen and material of the dress, I would still pair it with slides like this one.
Finally, I want to share some must-have accessories while on vacation. From bags to hats, and minimal slides, these are simple yet cute pieces that will help elevate your outfits, but without the hassle, because you’re on vacation and nobody has time for that!
Thank you so much for stopping by, hope you have fun shopping and enjoy all the different vacation outfit ideas!
xoxo,
