Where to Buy The Best Maternity Clothes Online

We have already talked about how dressing the bump can be very very tricky here on the blog (if not, see this post). Staying cute and chic during pregnancy ain’t easy, my friend. There are so many stores and brands that it’s hard to find the best maternity clothes online.

I want to mention that the brands below are not the ONLY maternity stores or brands to shop from. You can find so many great pieces anywhere- so don’t limit yourself or your bump.

The hardest thing when it comes to styling the bump is knowing what will look good, and what will fit right. I have a very petite body, so a lot of maternity clothes don’t fit right. Stores like Old Navy or Target tend not to look as good as a European store like HM or ASOS.

Another thing I want to point out when it comes to maternity style is to be very careful with how something drapes the belly. Not everything or every style can be worn when pregnant. A few things I avoid are big floral prints, anything with too much fabric (I don’t need to look BIGGER than I already am), and jumpsuits.

Lastly, I know what I am willing to spend money on- for example, I am very picky with denim. I know if I spend just a little bit extra, I can find a quality pair that will last. Dresses and tops I am willing to save and spend less money on. Also, ask yourself- will this be your last pregnancy? If not, maybe invest a bit more on a few closet staples that you know you can save and wear again during the next pregnancy!

Where to buy the best maternity clothes online;

• ASOS Maternity. Love ASOS for affordable and on-trend maternity pieces. You can find dresses, swimwear, and so much more!
• Bae the Label. BTL is based in Australia, so if you’re in the US you will have to pay a customs fee, but my gosh I LOVE their clothing. At BTL you will find staple items that will last you more than just one pregnancy. A lot of their pieces are also nursing friendly- which gives you more bang for your buck. Quality of the clothing is fantastic too!
• Seraphine. They have some of the cutest clothing. If you’re looking for formal maternity dresses- Seraphine is the place to look! Aside from formal wear, they also have it all, from outerwear (that’s also great for nursing) to swimwear and even flats that is specifically for pregnancy. Quality is also great!
• HM Maternity. Another great affordable and on-trend store, but I don’t feel like they carry much. It can also be a hit or miss at HM. But, when you do find an item- it’s a great price and super cute too! They also have adorable swimwear for maternity!
• Ingrid and Isabel. One of my favorite brands to shop during maternity; they also have a few matching mommy and me styles that are the cutest! You can also find Ingrid and Isabel at Shopbop, Target, and other maternity retailers.
• A Pea in the Pod. I love A Pea in the Pod- the only downfall is the clothes tend to be a bit more expensive, BUT if you keep your eyes peeled, they do have great sales! I found two maternity denim for under $100 on sale, and they are one of my favorite denim as of lately.
• Isabella Oliver. Another great place to shop for maternity clothing. If like minimalistic and chic clothing- Isabella Oliver is the store for you! They have lots of classic and effortless pieces that are great for the entire pregnancy!
